When you create a ligatoto account, you enter into an agreement with us to use our platform under specific conditions. These terms outline what we require from you, what you can expect from ligatoto, and how disputes are resolved. Our service is available only where local law permits—this means ligatoto operates in jurisdictions that recognize online gaming and sportsbook platforms, and your account may be restricted if you are outside permitted regions.

These terms apply to all ligatoto account holders. Whether you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the same terms govern your account. We update our terms periodically, and we notify account holders of material changes.

Account Opening and Verification

Mobile-wallet deposits typically settle within seconds. Bank transfers settle within one business day. All deposits are final once processed.

Withdrawals are processed using the payment method you used for your deposit. Account Conduct and Service Restrictions

We at ligatoto reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. Prohibited conduct includes using ligatoto from a restricted jurisdiction, sharing your account credentials, attempting to manipulate games or markets, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We also monitor for suspicious patterns—unusual withdrawals, rapid deposits and withdrawals, or activity inconsistent with legitimate play—and may temporarily restrict access while we investigate.

Your ligatoto account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or authorize another person to use your account. If we detect unauthorized access or unusual account activity, we may lock your account to protect your funds and investigate.

Jurisdictional Restrictions and Service Area

If you are located outside a permitted jurisdiction—including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and other supported Indonesian regions—your account may be suspended or closed.
